The FACES Foundation
Family And Caregiver Education & Support

To benefit patients, families and caregivers dealing with diseases of the lungs.
The work of The FACES Foundation continues to support its mission to acknowledge
and promote professional excellence in the education and care of patients with lung
diseases.
FACES reflects, acknowledges, and advocates for the many “faces” of those living
with life threatening pulmonary diseases: the patients; their support network of close family
and friends; and those unsung heroes in the respiratory profession, who understand that
each breath matters. In 2006, The FACES Foundation was established in memory of
Philip. C. Lamka who passed away from an interstitial lung disease.
The FACES Foundation
is a 501(c)(3)
organization.

You are among the "best of the best" in
respiratory care!
In time of crisis we're there to see
That everyone's breathing is finally at ease.
We strive to help when it's not the best
To make sure we give them a little time to rest.
A parent or family member watching can be tough.
We know it's not easy and can be really rough.
Just hang in there for we'll help get them there
Before having trouble breathing is too much to bear.
With the help of our machines and the treatments we give
Let's find a solution to better the live you live.
So, thank you for being our patient and may
Your RT help you have a better day!
