The work of The FACES Foundation continues to support its
mission to acknowledge and promote professional excellence in
the education and care of patients with life threatening lung
diseases. Please consider supporting the mission and work of
The FACES Foundation in one of the following ways:

| | (held annually on the first Saturday in June)

INDIVIDUAL
If your life, or the life of a loved one, has been helped by
the exemplary care of a respiratory therapist, tell us your
story. FACES will notify the hospital that you would like to
sponsor an award. An individual or family may sponsor an
award for an annual contribution of $500.
HEALTHCARE
If you work in a hospital or other healthcare setting and
would like to bring the PHIL Award program to your
workplace, please contact us for turnkey materials. The
PHIL Award will bring with it recognition and honor, and
assist you in retaining a quality staff of respiratory
therapists.
CORPORATE
Please contact us if support of the many faces of lung
disease fits into your corporate giving plans.

In time of crisis we're there to see That everyone's breathing is finally at ease. We strive to help when it's not the best To make sure we give them a little time to rest. A parent or family member watching can be tough. We know it's not easy and can be really rough. Just hang in there for we'll help get them there Before having trouble breathing is too much to bear.
